| nothing new... it's the same old thing. how much you wanna bet that the UL is still a sh!tty 384Kbps (1/3Mbps! ooh!!)? TW doesn't get it. the US broadband scene doesn't get it. we're not even top-ten worldwide in broadband and this is why. stop increasing DL; it's useless to have 30Mbps. what is it good for? seriously! put some effort into UL improvements and i'll pay $70/mo.
