What up with dat! The top tier for consumers shouldn't be more than $100, and should be part of a system-wide upgrades with lowering prices every year. Anything else is wasteful and not worth the its weight in dog poop. Every year there should be a 5-10 megabit upgrade until we get to the 100/100 holy grail.
