I joined 6 days before they started shipping the InnoMedia only. Lucky me! :)

DonChino : TELCO ACC-211 is BY FAR the BETTER ADAPTER because although I FINALLY GOT MY INNOMEDIA to work, it was only headaches to install. This might be attributable to the fact that it is a NEW ADAPTER and they are working out KINKS but the AC-211 has better quality STILL and they fixed it quickly. Innomedia seems to have nuances or problems with certain routers also, since it does NOT get along with them so I VOTE:

TECLO AC-211...

If it ain't broke, don't fix it...

So WHY DID THEY CHANGE ADAPTERS?!?!?!?

voiplover : Yes, that's what I thought. Been there done it.
I've got a snapfooed ATA. :(
We suspected the problem existed when it first showed up. I wasn't here but it was first hooked up behind an older linksys router that had almost the same IP programmed into it. My nephew connected a computer behind it and when attempting to log into the router ended up on the /user?/ innomedia screen that didn't need authorization. Go figure. :uhh:
Only seems to happen in that config. with that router??? It's not well. :(
I went through it for an hour last night with Level2 and the best that the sip server could get was the MAC ID but there are suppose to be extra digits???
They are suppose to call back tonight but I'm not holding my breath. I did request the AC-211. I seem to have better luck with them.

The luck of the draw! I got the one out of 200 that is Bad out of the box. :hmm: Any more trouble and I'll just cancel the account.

Anyone want to bid on a snapfooed innomedia? :D

OK. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.<STRIKE>

OS_X_Tiger : InnoMedia. However, the AC-211 provides better reliability so far. Mine connected fine to the SIP server, but wouldn't work with DTMF tones. After they fixed that, it started randomly losing the VoIP light.

I think they may be sending me a new InnoMedia, I had the CSR open a ticket with Level 3 (Engineering).

Doesn't connect properly with sip server and has cost hours of Level3 support with no fix to date. They are talking about replacing w/ac-211 but I think the account will still be plagued?
I have not yet had a working innomedia to test on. Just my bad luck, No Joy. :(
