Just when I go out and buy a nice new HD TV.... Charter announces it's going to sell it's Illinois customer to some hole in the wall provider. From what I can tell, New Wave's service has no DVR, no HD, and their HSI is insane for the price ($50 for a 1.5mbit connection??).
So much for all the praises I was starting to sing of Charter.
