Many times info is passed on by people who wish to remain anonymous. Clinton/Lewinski, Watergate, etc etc. Is that illegal? I would like to think that normal channels of law enforcement will snoop out illegal activities without the help of violating a persons privacy. If someone had an email where they mentioned a family member being sick google's ad-sense would root that out and probably send related advertising. Then you maybe put email address on health insurance form and they deny you insurance based on the content of some of that email. |
