I'm more for the Nintendo system. I still love my GC. I just got the 360 and not impressed with limited titles and prices.

Be realistic. Every console comes out selling them at a loss. My guess is that the console will cost more than the XBox 360 due to the fact that blue ray simply costs more to produce. Given that the Xbox 360 currently doesn't even use next gen optical drive technologies. The only reason that Xbox 360 came out so early is that they wanted a jump start on Sony otherwise they'd still be waiting for the HD drives to come out, thus making the 360 ship around the same time as this PS3 creating more competition here in the states. Don't think for a minute I'm a PS3 fanboy. I'm completely disgusted with how Sony has handled their PR for the PS3. The cost itself is a deterrent to me. There is no way they can sell this thing at under 300. Which to me is more than I would want to spend. I was willing to spend 199 for my PS2 at the time, but now that games are 60 bucks a pop there is no excuse to rise the cost of the machine. The only reason the PS3 won't turn into a Dreamcast is that Sony isn't going bankrupt like Sega did. You are underestimating the Asian(Japanese in particular)fanboys market.The 360 is selling below the expectations there because 95 % of the console gamers are waiting for the PS3.I doubt that the price will be a big factor for them when it come out.
