Palm Coast, FL | Sony is turning me away.. I've been waiting, patiently. When asked, "Did you get an XBOX360" I politely reply with, waiting for PS3.
When I heard it would be delayed until 2007, I began to think of possibly purchasing a 360 to step up my gaming experience. I decided to wait and see what happens.
Now hearing that the PS3 could come out this year but still no word on pricing makes me wonder if I should bother anymore. I've been very loyal to the Sony brand; and would like it to continue HOWEVER i'm a little unsure if I should continue to wait. I guess i'll find out on March 15th. |

| Yeah, I think we should all pay Microsoft more money instead. Then they can dominate gaming on PC and XBOX easily. They already make money from gamers buying PC's with Windows XP, so why not make them richer instead. I can see the drama with this "BlueRay" junk, but still, MS dominated gaming because they have $$$ and vendors to back them. |

In fact there are free OS' you can use to run your software.
MS is dominating not because of $$$, which BTW $ony has much of as well --- but how about because M$ did some good stuff --- like online gaming and a platform with a HDD? In fact I hear the PS3 will not have a standard HDD? How are they going to do the MMOs they promised? Mail you a new DVD-ROM everytime a patch comes out? LOL!
I bet the Blu-Ray is now going to be seperate and the PS3 will just have standard DVD.

Think of it this way. Do you want Sony to rush out an inferior product or do you want it done right? Just wait for the announcement this week and see what they have to say. I would rather wait a long while if the end result is killer. |
