You willing to pay $200 for all that content? DVD isn't limiting the length of that type of game in any real way, cost/time to develop is.
What you're likely to get with BlueRay is the standard 10 hours of game play, a bunch of "extras" that no one cares about, demos for other games as filler, and a different set of anti-piracy features that no one's cracked yet.
