Which it wasn't the modem, but they kept on insisting it was it. Then they did some outside work. I get disconnected a dozen or so times a day for anywhere from 1 to 5 minutes and then it reconnects. Power cycling the modem, etc, doesn't help. Just waiting for the connection to come back is all I can do. I had a tech out and he said they are having network issues. That was a month ago.
