Which it wasn't the modem, but they kept on insisting it was it. Then they did some outside work. But then one day when they was schedule to do outside work again, it started to work again with no problems. i got them to give me a 1.5 month credit on my bill....]]></description>

I get disconnected a dozen or so times a day for anywhere from 1 to 5 minutes and then it reconnects.  Power cycling the modem, etc, doesn't help.  Just waiting for the connection to come back is all I can do.  I had a tech out and he said they are having network issues.  That was a month ago.  Some days are better than others.]]></description>
