We can use this as a defense against speeding tickets. Complain that the officers 'potentially harmed us' by purposely shooting us with their radar guns. If the city decides that a Wi-Fi can't be instituted because of a chance it is harmful, then the city should be held responsible for harming us all these years. Anyone that's received a ticket stating that a radar gun was used then has a right to sue.
