San Mateo, CA | Netopia 3000 is going to force me to leave Digizip Ok, I been extremely happy with Digizip until now. But this Netopia 3000 is gonna make me leave.
This is what is happening.
I got the router last week, and my current service went out this morning with NO WARNING!
So I started configuring the modem and called Covad, the guy had no clue, on hold forever. Called Digizip and spoke with Greg, and he told me to give them my order #. Called back and got the service up on ONE FRIGGIN computer. My existing DLINK routher with all my settings is now useless.
Called Dlink, their tech tells me the Netopia needs to be in Bridge mode. Called Covad back and the LEVEL II tech told me to factory reset and it will be in bridge mode. No, it wasn't, factory reset still makes it in DHCP.
NOTHING is working and I been down all day and looks like tommorow as well.
DOes anyone know what to do here? |
