<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/297537"><b>en102</b></A> : you know I'm putting this in as an example...<br>AT&T just call 300 = $16.00<br>AT&T Canada Plus = $5.95 <br>= $22.00<br>Add in a few extra minutes of use, and I'm at $23 pretty easily.<br><br>Most of the former SBC discount programs require local+ld<br><br>The point I'm trying to make is that AT&T does not want to 'lose' any money by opening up local+ld to VoIP competition.<br>I expect prices to rise after 1year contracts, and a HUGE push for the ADSL2+/VDSL higher speed/rates to be able to able to attempt to compete with cable for speed (and be able to charge more $$$).  The possible benefit will be the IPTV, which I don't expect to really do all that well unless they can sell it relatively cheap.]]></description>

Main different should be all the regulatory BS (about $10-$15 of fees)]]></description>
