Poor T1 Service

riptider : This customer did indeed receive poor T1 service, but that T1 service came directly from XO Communications. Riptide Wireless was unable to provide it's Wireless Mesh Service to this location, so we suggested a T1 from XO. Customer agreed and we had XO install the T1 circuit. This customer has a right to be upset as the XO T1 did "bounce" and Riptide would call XO to report the trouble. XO would call SBC and SBC would give the standard response of "no problems found". Riptide billed the customer at it's cost and supported the troubled line for the entire time for zero profit just to help the customer out. We went well beyond the normal call of duty and this public complaint is our reward??!!?.

Also, the company is larger than 2 people. Our investors see that we are fully staffed and are actually now one of the largest providers of Wireless Service in Orange County.
