I'd hate to think after a painless (for me) transition there's been a screwup somewhere that's going to take out my connection.

 | Did that this morning. No hold time even, uber polite and helpful (unlike some other vendors of certain firewall products who's name cannot be mentioned in a deragatory fashion less they let loose the dogs of litigation. Ahem).
It's indeed the final cleanup of the MCI agreements. About 20 minutes after the call there was an email response from Greg confirming that. All's well. w00t |
