 | Ignorance I canceled my serivce with DigiZip a long time ago. Their customer service must be non existant, as I was still on their billing list for 3 extra months. They insist that I still recieved service from them for the 3 extra months even though I can provide provide proof of me recieving DSL service from my current DSL provider for the 3 months. But they refuse to listen and procede to request that I pay them. I e-mailed them, called them, and sent letters throughout these 3 months. I can even provide them with statements of the current DSL provider listing the dates that I recieved their service. I would like an explanation from them on how I can recieve two different DSL services on one line. And why their data logs will show me as using 0 bytes throughout this period. They offered me a "deal" if I pay the balance, I refuse to pay for service that I did not recieve, so they threatened me that they are going to forward the balance to a collection agency.
Any lawyers here? |

 | If you're looking for a competent lawyer here you are jumping from the frying pan into the fire. Find a real flesh and blood lawyer and give him your evidence. Have him send a notice to Digizp. That should be enough to stop their BS. When you're right, you're right. If you're not, stock up on K-Y. |

olegy join:2003-06-02 San Diego, CA | reply to ps2wiz Same here. I've disconnected almost a year ago. Went cable/ VOIP. It took them about three months to stop billing me for the internet, but they still continue to bill me for un-existent phone line - went VOIP at the same time - do not have a land line phone at all. Sent numerious e-mail, left phone messages, no response, still "acquiring" charges. Not sure, what to do next. I have to report that to a proper authority, question is which one? |
