reply to Omega AMEN! This guy knows what's going on.Plus the speed tests have to come from a server that is on your ISP's network.ISP's can't control the speeds, bandwidth etc. outside of their gateway.That's like being on the east coast and testing your speed from a speedtest site in California

reply to Omega According to everyone who is saying you are getting what you pay for because of the "up to" clause of the TOS, then ISP's can state any speed they want even when they know it isn't possible to deliver them. For example Comcast could say get speeds up to 100Mb when they know they can only deliver 8Mb and that is perfectly fine by your reasoning.
