Tallahassee, FL | Boils down I think it boils down to ISPs getting upset that they are using their services for things they don't want you to. It's like an all you can eat buffet getting mad because you are "spoiling it for everyone else" when you eat all the snow-crab legs you can eat...which happens to be a lot. Maybe next the Department of Highway Safety will tell us we can only drive to pre-approved places because driving anywhere else is clogging up the roads.
