how about,

virtual square?
well, if i am not wrong, when u register your company to provide such IT service, you need to have a related IT words for the company name.

i doubt virtual square would pass.

Well this is my first time to register a company. I haven't been to the ROC yet so I don't know the rules and regulations Thanks madmadmad

Owner(s)/Director(s) of company need to have correct qualifications for the business you're trying to register in such as MBA & IT degree, etc. List experience(s) in related business in application form or enclose a separate letter to avoid being called up for interview to explain yourself.

Use common sense, supply them with enuf info abt yr business you're trying to register, how qualified you are to handle the kind of business you state in yr application. They dont want Ah Longs to register an IT company, for eg.

for clarification, enterprise based company does not require a degree/diploma in related field, just a valid name is required...
