RF could possibly damage or delete the DNA of ONE cell and that ONE cell could multiply out of control because of it and that would be cancer. It's as simple as that.
A man carrying a cellphone in his pocket for example and RF could possibly damage or delete parts of the DNA in sperm. Something related is the deletions of DNA on the Y chromosome which is what makes a man a man.
