mlohrwork join:2001-05-30 Laurel, MD	tried and gave up When I added cable (COMCAST) to the DSL service I tried Comcast mail and the spam rate was 4 time higher than a long standing email address with my unix based DSL provider. I gave up and have stayed with the DSL provider for email. The cable has been fine for connectivity but both their webpage space and email are horrible even worse than the DSL company 5 years ago.

MGP join:2001-01-01 Olathe, KS	I hear that. I never use my Comcast email account. I use a business hosting service for my home office email and a different hosting service for my personal email. I have sent exactly ONE email from my Comcast account -- to one of my own business email addresses -- to test the Comcast mail setup. I have never given the Comcast email address to anyone either. I get almost no spam in my personal or business accounts but I DO get 50-100 spam emails in the Comcast account each day... Very sad.
