how is an inbound mail filter going to cause comcast to deal with infected boxes?
If Comcast is blocked from other ISPs by the same service they signed up for, then they will have issues. Imagine having your domain on a block list administered by the same service you get that block list from. How do you block yourself?
Now, if internal Comcast member to member mail is also screened, that could be interesting too.

Spamhaus will be used to check/block email coming INTO Comcast's servers, not going out.
Other ISPs that currently use Spamhaus filtering will already be blocking Comcast's emails if they were blacklisted by SH -- :: my trivial ramblings ::
