It includes the Scottsdale Stadium (spring training), Fashion Square, the Old Town area shops. However, I can't imagine taking my laptop to Dos Gringos, Devil's Martini or E4 and surfing the internet there.

While the network covers some great places in Scottsdale I don't feel that it's a justifiable price. The only times I was ever in downtown Scottsdale were for drinking or food. If you were to frequent cafes and coffee shops it might be worth it. It's nice that it's available but I can't imagine someone who doesn't live in the area or work there subscribing.
