They have yet to deploy 50% of their network, yet to lower prices and offer superior speeds in 100% of their markets. The spending is a dollar short and quite a few pennies OVER the cost of cable companies, such is the case right now. This war we hear of is like the civil war in Iraq before the poop hits the fan in WWIII. A sneak fart, if you will...and only areas where cable companies smell it does anything happen.
