That Pirate flag i think represents RIAA right?

It isn't just the RIAA. Both the music and movie industries
routinely use someone else's IP for their own purposes and
get away with it. Both industries are about as venal and
corrupt as they come, and for them to keep shouting about
piracy and infringement, etc., is sheer hypocrisy.

One of the MPAA 6 is Disney, and they are some of the
worst offenders in this area.
