Lets assume the riaa did mess up the whole information process, and tried to sue a family with no computer. And lets say the same thing happends to family2, but they have a computer and honestly never did P2P before either, would anyone beleive them? I doubt it, and they would be sued for thousands based on information that HAS to be true, since they have a computer and the RIAA says so.
