The RIAA strongly believes everyone at some time or another has or will download their property. So this is really a preemptive strike for when this family finally purchases one. If they had owned a computer, the intent would have been there.

Ba$tard$. Someone needs to pull the RIAA up real short. Could they counter sue the RIAA under the RICO act?
