kudos:4 | I just thought of something what if they did this on purpose. The whole reason they do these lawsuits is to gain attention and threaten/scare people into paying them. Recently their lawsuits havne't been making news so they figgured they'd do something really drastic to get the media's attention. In the end it's just a "whoops, clerical error" and the case gets thrown out. So it costs them a few thousand but gets them more press, which is exactly what they want. |
