Bradenton, FL | Defamation of character This family can try to sue the RIAA for defamation of character but don't know how far it will get. If this family did not own a computer then the RIAA is falsely accusing them of breaking the law. On top of that, there names will be plastered all over the news.
In my opinion, I would not just take an apology from these bozos at the RIAA. Though it's a probability that the RIAA wouldn't apologize since apologizing would prove they are wrong and the RIAA is never wrong. |

| The RIAA has to be a huge joke right? if I ever got sued by then I'd use the RICO act for extortion. I hope they lose cause I think the courts are starting to catch on for frivilous lawsuits |
