ATM Loop Back TestI have the 660 series modem and in the diagnostic I ran the ATM Loop Back Test and I always get the following result
"ATM Loopback Test Fail"
Is this normal...?

I'm not sure, but you have a router I would say yes it is normal. If no router, no it isn't.
Are you having any problems? |

Yes, I am having problems and sprint is not helping much. I really doubt it is on my end.
ATM loop back test fails wether I have a router in use or direct to computer.

Like I said in the other post, if you line capacity is at 100%, you have a line issue. Now why it would only happen sometimes I am not too sure, probably a special circuit that is only being used occasionally.
Ask tech to support to dispatch to "Verify local loop and check for special circuit interference." |
