Seriously, this is for the better of the companies that are involved. NOT US so when I buy a game and I go and download a no cd crack or somthing like that so I can keep the disc as good as new am I breaking the DMCA? even in the article the people who found the rootkit in sony's cds said they were scared to talk.
I'm 21 has the goverment always been like this? it seems more and more and more and more you hear about lobbying for millions of dollars, illegal bribes worth millions of dollars, illegal money used to run for president or any other part of the office. They are taking MILLIONS of dollars and you don't see them in prision or getting threatening letters in the mail and thye are proven guilty because there is evidance but yet us as americans are being sued by a loop hole in the system and already guilty until proven innocent and forced to pay thousands and thousands of dollars because we download the latest song from a website that doesn't support the RIAA.
Sorry to rant but this is just so goofy and mixed up. Why does lobbying even exist? obviously it doesn't bring anything good.
