| WgaLogon.dll always runs, in winlogon.exe. Search for wga in the registry and you'll get to the winlogon keys and even if you rename or delete WgaNotify it'll recreate it. It'll need to check 24/7 to make sure your key is still legit.

ZOverLordPremium join:2003-10-20 Minneapolis, MN | reply to dadkins Your Welcome, Tlist is better for example because you can see what runs under svchost for example, and also see the command lines at runtime, BUT.....the download is about 25 meg because it comes as the debugging tools SDK:

| reply to ZOverLord It seems XP Home, can't use the the most basic command prompts? I have not worked with any XP Home OS, I have with all other WINOS's and this *Sucks*; That seems like hiding the owner from necessary info. Time to get XP Pro....No kidding.
Don't know anyone with 'Home' nor worked with it, so this was rather an interesting revelation.
Cheers |

| reply to dadkins said by dadkins:Just dlls? SIW has that covered... and thensome! Actually a nice utility, but...The big BUTT, no WINOS should hide these files, third party progo's should not be a factor. Upgrade to XP Pro SP2
I like the bottom line approach, don't expect any third party API to do what should be a basic concept, in regards to the command line. Adding extra progo's for basic functions should not even factor in.
cheers |
