Yeas, but this isn't going to the Congresscritter. It's going to a community center founded by him. But you KNOW he's going to get some of it, one way or another. Probably will put half his "family" on the board or something.

There is, but you can always find ways to get the money to them, be it illegal, legal, or border-line moral.
