Another way to find the IP address of a Packet8 endpoint is to pickup the phone, and press shortly the reset button on the back of the endpoint. The endpoint itself will spell the IP address. This is very useful when an IP address was assigned but for some reason the 0120003 IVR cannot be reached. -- Disclaimer: I work for 8x8.
