at least...

it's fully symmetrical even though it's shared! Really, for whatever it costs, I'd bet that certain times of day you could get almost that full speed if it's properly switched.

What do you think? Well, lets crunch some numbers. Cable internet provides 38Mbps on a 6Mhz downstream channel. Now thats not 45Mbps, but in comparison, a cable node provisioned at 6Mbps downstream is likely to have slower than advertised speeds when 250+ people occupy that node. Therefore, if these buildings have 1000 tennants in each building, with a dish providing 45Mbps on each building, you will probably have latency from hell, and 1Mbps symetrical. Hopefully I'm wrong though
