Most of the complexes they serve have at least 1000 units minimum, perhaps 1500-2000 people.  <br><br>Also important to know, usually when a complex cuts a deal like that, the cost is usually built into the rent.  If you want your own DSL, you wind up paying twice.<br><br>I also had a WISP here a few years ago.  Good service, 3Mb/3Mb up until another antenna from another provider popped up in the line of sight.  <br><br>I am not downloading massive mp3's or streaming video, so a low-end DSL $14/Mo. account is what I switched to, and no need to pay a cent more.]]></description>
