is wireless right?

Wouldnt a OC-x fed ADSL2+/VDSL/VDSL2 DSLAM for the enitire development (from the condo, SBC doesnt care i guess) be much better speed wise and future growth? The wirelengths shud be very short ideal for DSL technology or HPNA.
