Re: [ViaTalk] Incoming not working. I signed up BYOD. I own my PAP2 from the Staples deal or whatever it was. What would changing the ring waveform do? BTW, my setup works line there was nothing wrong and I did not change anything other than the ip address for the adapter when VT support made me connect it directly to the cable modem. Very wierd but I'm working for now. I don't like problems that didn't have a solution. If something fixes itself, there is a chance for it to not work again. |

 | The incoming call reached your device, however the waveform the adapter sent to your cordless phone was not understood by the phone. Change the waveform will ring the phone. |
