Re: It's illegal Normal competition doesn't matter...the law states they can not charge different prices to different consumers unless it costs them different when the purpose is to substantially lessen competition which them doing this in mainly competitive markets plainly shows.
Title 15 section 13 is what Verizon is violating. They are dropping the prices and raising speeds in those markets where they face stiff competition while maintaining higher prices for everyone else. Verizon can not do it to fight competitors in this matter.
