Is the FCC going to be spying on local intracampus traffic? That announcement talks about broadband ISPs and VoIP. Since my school is providing me with a campus connection which has access to the internet, and not a broadband internet connection, and no VoIP, how does a college fall under these terms. It's just wrong for the government to get themselves inside any private network.
