If you are a true ISP you are an Information service , not a comunacation servce. Just like cable has been ruled so regulations don't count. If you want you info to stay private only do business with true ISP's. Tell these ILEC's and Cable companies to shove ther tripple play up there A#$. All small ISP's only need to say No Comunications no Tapping, we are just an Information service.
