More lack of vision said by rachelsfx:True VOIP, not Vonage! People like KISS: Keep it Simple Stupid! Pulver really has no idea what VOIP is or IP usage by Cable or the Telcos. People don't want to be computer whizzes just to pick up a phone and dial a number, even if it is free. The lack of vision continue here... OMG...it is amazing how many people here fail to see into the future...
If people like you had control of innovation and future technologies we still be mailing payments... the only reason I do not get my VoIP from Cox is was JP stated... they just offer a replacement to POTS. And although, CallVantage can still do more to improve their IP platform and offer other integrated services, they do provide a better service. |

anyone using voice much in games? I play CoD but have not yet used any voice clients.
fill out a form before a call so call center knows why you're calling (i.e. a million times superior to IVR)
click to receive a call back when the overloaded call center agents have time. . .
