If they were smart they would have come out and said they will block any service provider, which practices these extortionary tactics. It would be better for them in the long run than fighting a long battle over legislation. |

Cable, for once, is being smart and letting the telcos run through money for lobbying Congress. If it flops, they haven't spent a lot. If the telcos win, then cable jumps on the bandwagon. |
