hint: It was to put ICANN and by proxy the US government in a lose-lose situation so that those who want ICANN gone have an issue to point at. If it gets blocked we blame the government for intervening for the Christians, if it goes thru we point out that all porn sites need to go there for it to be effective and then bitch about the us government intervening for the Christians when the standards get set.
