He's been thrown out of eBay after not delivering goods to his last 3 transactions. I contacted the state police in his state and found them to be very responsive. As of this writing, I am awaiting a refund which he sent yesterday, after having received a visit from the New Mexico State Police.

Wardevil reviewed by Camelot One 08-01-06: Transaction began on 6-2-06, with me agreeing to pay $20 for the XBox 360 game "Call of Duty 2". Wardevil stated he did not have a paypal account, so I would need to send him a money order. I sent the money order USPS Priority mail on 6/3, and included a pre-paid pre-addressed return USPS envelope. All he had to do was stick the game in it and drop it in a mail box. He received it 6/5. Wardevil claimed he shipped the game on 6/12, however nothing ever showed up, and there was no activity on the tracking number. I heard from him again 6/20, saying the package had been "lost" at his local post office, but had now been found and was on its way. By 6/24 still nothing. On 6/27, he claimed he was sending me a refund. It too never arrived. On 7/8, he stated he was sending a second refund. And so on, and so on. This trend continued until he claimed on 7/21 he had sent another copy of the game, this time with tracking. I requested the tracking number, but never got one. It is now 8/1, nearly 2 months after he received my payment, and I still do not have the game or the refund. I am not the only one to get the runaround from this seller, everyone who purchased items from the same thread met with similar results. THIS IS A BAD SELLER, AVOID ANY BUSINESS WITH HIM.

He received the money order on 06/07/06 and said he would ship it out on 06/08/06. Well by 06/12/06 I still hadn’t received the hard drive so I sent him a message asking about the status and he replied that it shipped out on 06/09/06. Well this went on back and forth like this for a while and he kept saying “I’m sorry about this I will get it taken care of with either a hard drive or a refund”. Well it never happened and as of today I have not received either the hard drive or refund, and he hasn’t replied to any of my messages since 07/23/06. So now I’m out a hard drive and $60 on this deal. I tried to give the guy a chance but from what I can tell he just ripped me off for $60. Buyer Beware.

Wardevil reviewed by nuftcrow 07-29-06: I sent Wardevil a personal check on about 6/2/2006 for some a Nintendo DS. He said he received the check 6/9/2006 and deposited it that day. A week went by and the check hadn't cleared (He didn't even tell me he received the check until a week later). Then (after about another week) He said he checked with his bank and they lost the deposit. He strung me along with "my bank hasnt found the check" for 3 weeks! I cancelled the check and was told by him that he would refund my stop payment fee (which luckily after all this my bank waived) and waited for him to send a check. When I asked about the reimbursement, he told me he sent one check and would send another. Nothing has arrived and this has just been a huge joke. This guy is most certainly a clown, but at least I didn't lose any money.
