| how to cancel with 1 year contract?! i signed up with psn 4 months ago for their sdsl 784/784k service... initially the connection was fine (averaged 500kbps) but in the past month has dropped to 140k, with my upstream not even half of that, and i'm tired of their inept tech support not being able to help and only giving me the runaround...
i want to switch isps but don't know how to cancel since i have a contract with them, and i'm afraid of them charging a ridiculous amount of money if i break the contract...
are there any suggestions on what i should do? i heard that even if i try switching isp's it wouldn't help because psn would have to give up my dsl line first... |
