BTW, the 5260 is a Modem made by Efficient and it is called a Speedstream 5260.

I have a Linksys 5260 which was provided by either Earthlink or Covad, hard to tell from the Dec '00 paperwork. Also have a Linksys NC 100 installed at the same time.

My question is should I upgrade (ie, replace) the modem and NIC?
