That's cool, I live 115 miles north of SF, in Redwood Valley, it's about 8 miles north of Ukiah. A lot of wineries up here too, Mendocino County is a big grape and wine producer, and in fact, Redwood Valley is the furthest north wine producing region in CA, though it does us no good, we don't drink lol (we're all Mormon)

Edit-Here's a pic looking towards Ukiah from just below our back fence...Forsythe Creek is at the base of that hill, in a small canyon, it's one of the headwaters of the Russian River, both forks of which start very near our house. That picture doesn't do the fall colors (when the trees and vineyards all turn colors, it's gorgeous!) here justice either, I tried to capture them though
