For anyone that was told by Grande Communications a phone line was required if you subscribed to the Grande version of Dish Network this is not true. I have contacted DN and they state it is only required for DVR which Grande does not offer. So if Grande made you subscribe to their phone service as part of the TV package you should not have to give them that business and can cancel if you do not need the phone line for anything else.
