In fairness to Verizon
They certainly are the ones trying to practice what they've been preaching.
Their delays, if any, are legitimate and caused by their following the existing franchise laws as they exist today.
KUDO's to them..for doing things right.
AT&T..on the other hand...
is a whole different story entirely.
