Once a customer has switched to a single-provider, they're frequently greeted by unexpected fees, and the cost-savings they expected are nowhere to be found.</DIV>If more consumers were aware of this bait-and-switch tactic, the sum total of one of P.T. Barnum's own would not be quite so high as it currently is.
